Registration is mandatory for everyone. All programme seats are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Student identification or proof of status MUST accompany the registration form to qualify for the discounted fees.

Trainees / Junior Doctors and Allied Health Professionals have to submit a letter or a certificate from their programme director or head of department / institution.

The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
PAYMENT FOR NUH PAEDIATRIC ROBOTIC SURGERY PROGRAMME
Payment for the "NUH Paediatric Robotics Surgery Live Broadcast" and "NUH Paediatric Robotics Surgery Live Broadcast and Wet Lab" will be made directly to NUH before 27 JUL 2025. Payment instructions would be provided separately via email after you have registered.
GROUP REGISTRATION

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation or request of refunds are subject to approval and must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat at support@avenevv.com, no later than 14 JUL 2025.

In case of cancellation, 75% of the registration amount will be refunded. All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the Congress.
